Terms & Conditions of removal job

Effective Date: 13-Febrary-2025

Welcome to Speed Dragon Removal Ltd. These Terms and Conditions govern the agreement between you (“the Client”) and Speed Dragon Removal Ltd (“the Company”) regarding the provision of removal services. By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

These terms are designed to ensure a smooth and fair service for both parties.

Terms & conditions

  1. Booking & Deposits

  • A deposit is required to confirm the booking.

  • All deposits are non-refundable if the client cancels the job. However, if the Company cancels, a full refund will be issued.

2. Postponing & Rescheduling

  • If the client postponing the job two days of the scheduled date, the full deposit will be retained.

  • Rescheduling is subject to our availability and do not incur additional charges.

3. Payment Terms

  • Full payment must be made on the day of service.

4. Liability & Damages

  • The Company takes care in handling items but is not liable for damages to items improperly packed by the client.

  • Any existing damages must be reported to us before the move begins.

  • The Company is insured, and any claims must be reported within the day of the job completion.

5. Access & Delays

  • The client must ensure clear access to the property and inform the Company of any restrictions (e.g., parking limitations, elevator access).

  • Delays caused by the client may result in higher charges.

  • The Company will make reasonable efforts to complete the job within the agreed timeframe but is not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Items Not Transported

  • The Company does not transport hazardous materials, illegal items, perishable goods, or highly valuable items (e.g., cash, jewelry, confidential documents).

  • The client must inform the Company in advance of any fragile or oversized items that require special handling.

7. Fair Treatment & Professionalism

  • The Company will conduct services professionally and respectfully. Any disputes should be communicated in writing for resolution.

  • The client must treat the removal team with courtesy and provide a safe working environment.

  • Any inappropriate behavior or unreasonable demands may result in service refusal.

8. Company Cancellation Policy

  • The Company reserves the right to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances such as vehicle breakdowns, extreme weather, or safety concerns.

  • In the event of a company cancellation, a full refund of any deposit will be provided, or an alternative date will be offered.

9. Agreement

  • By booking a removal service with the Company, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
